U-Rock Music School is proud to have written and produced an original song, Shout Out, to be used in a fundraiser supporting Ottawa students in need. Big congrats and thank you to our students Abby, Keira, Savannah and Mason, who participated in the production.
The fundraiser, for Bridges Over Barriers. runs until November 29. Bridges Over Barriers is part of the Education Foundation of Ottawa. Its goal is to financially support Ottawa Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) students in need.
Bridges Over Barriers enables OCDSB social workers to identify barriers preventing students from accessing basic necessities and activities, as well as recognizing the importance of mental and physical health support, and provide the students and their families with immediate financial support.
