U-Rock students support kids at risk
U-Rock students, including both Crushers bands, will perform this Thursday in the Kiwanis 2020 K4K Virtual Talent Showcase. The event features young performers from Stittsville & Kanata and helps raise money for children and youth in need, and at risk, in our community. Last year’s showcase raised just under $4,000. In-person lessons to resume
U-Rock is excited to announce the resumption of in-person lessons effective August 17th. The announcement that the Ottawa area is moving into Phase 3 enables us to accept students at our regular location. We have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our students, including hand sanitizing stations and physical distancing guidelines. We will also sanitize all surfaces between students. …
